Thank you for visiting the website.  If you are visiting for the first time, please note that your first class at the studio is free with the purchase of a ten class pass.  The community of people at Lifeforce will welcome you.  Parking is free.  Bikes can be stored inside.

  • There are several schedule changes beginning January 2nd.  Please visit the schedule page for details! 
  • Beginning January 9th, Jay's Monday at 5:30 pm class becomes Lifeforce Fit.
