Welcome to the Lifeforce Fitness Project!

Thank you for visiting our website.  You are invited into the studio, where we will not only make you quickly feel like part of our community, but where your first class is FREE.  The primary purpose of the Lifeforce Fitness Project is to provide you with a place where you can practice elements of life-long well-being:  
  • We work hard on the physical fitness piece...you get challenged around here via a myriad of cross-training modalities.
  • We infuse Yoga into all of our practices...which is what separates our group training and private training from most cross-training facilities.
  • We cater mostly to people that want to be crazy strong, make friends, look fantastic AND FEEL energetic.  We seek balance...  
We provide all of the equipment you need for class.  If you have your own mat, you should probably bring it.  Most of class is shoes off...but bring some running shoes for surprises.  If you have questions that can't be answered here, please call (541)743-0778.
